Where do you ship from?

All orders are shipped from our warehouse based in New York, USA

How long will it take to receive my order?

Orders usually take 3~5 business days with standard shipping.

For shipping and delivery inquries, please refer to the tracking code sent in your shipment confirmation email.

In the case of missed delivery or re-delivery, please contact the shipping partner directly, as we are not able to track your package or request redelivery on your behalf.

Can I get a refund / return on an item?

Please note that we do not accept returns or offer refunds for any products purchased through our online store.

However, if you receive a damaged product, we are here to help. Please contact our customer support team within 14 days of receiving your order, providing photos of the damaged item and your order number. We will review your case and work with you to find a suitable solution.

Shipping & Delivery

Which courier do you use for shipment?

We use USPS to ship out or orders however it may differ due to location.

Please refer to the shipping information in the shipping confirmation sent through email.

Where can I find my tracking number?

Your tracking number can be found in the shipment confirmation email that was sent to your email address which you used to place the order.

 

My address is wrong. Can it be changed?

Please ensure that your address is correct upon ordering. In some cases we are able to change the address manually, but due to time differences and working hours, we are unable to change the address once the packge has entered the packing stage.

My address is wrong and I have not received my package. Can you ship it again?

Unfortunately we do not issue reshipments or refunds due to customer error.

I got the delivery confirmation but when I checked, I could not find my package. Can you reship or refund?

Once the package has been shipped and/or delivered, please contact the relative courier directly to inquire about delivery, since we are not liable to the circumstances that occur after the package has left our warehouse.

Orders

I am missing some items from my order.

Please send us an email at dasiqueusa@dasique.com with your order number and photos of the items you received and we will send the missing items to you, free of charge.

 

The color does not suit me. Can I get a refund or exchange?

We do not issue refunds or exchanges if the customer has a change of decision.

 

Products

There is an issue/damage with my product, can I get a refund or exchange.

If there is an issue with the product, please send us detailed photos, showing the issue and the product number and we will check.

If there is a defect or damage to the product, we will send a replacement. 


Please note that we do not issue replacements for products damaged due to customer error.
