Please note that all sales made through our online store are final, and we do not accept returns.

If you have any questions or concerns about your purchase, please contact our customer support team at daisqueusa@dasique.com within 14 days of receiving your order. 
Please include your order number in the title, as well as any relavant photos pertaining to your inquiry, for expedited service.

 

DAMAGES AND ISSUES
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, with clear photos, along with your order number so that we can evaluate the issue.

We do no process re-shipments unless you have prior contacted us through email to discuss a potentially damaged product.

Note: This product may produce oil condensation depending on the storage conditions, due to the plant based ingredients. However this does not indicate a faulty product.
Avoid storing in high or low temperatures, with the recommended storage temperature being 10~30 °C.

 

CANCELLATION POLICY
Once an order has been placed, it cannot be modified or canceled. Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase to ensure all shipping information, items, and quantities are correct.
